At Selkirk, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have full confidence in your purchase. We proudly offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy on products purchased directly through selkirk.com.
Standard Return Policy

Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Condition:
For paddles, normal wear from reasonable trial use is acceptable, but items showing signs of abuse, neglect, or damage beyond ordinary play will not be eligible. Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to, significant cosmetic damage from impact with surfaces other than a pickleball, deliberate modification, or damage resulting from improper storage.
For apparel, bags, and other accessories, items must be returned in 'like-new' condition, meaning unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is packaged securely. Items damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging may be denied a refund.

Exclusions: Some promotional or clearance items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return. Any exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Refunds back to the original payment method may be processed once your return is inspected and approved by Selkirk. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for inspection and approval.

If your original purchase was made using a combination of a Selkirk.com gift card and another payment method, any refund will be credited first to the gift card used, up to the original gift card amount.

Refunds applied to a Selkirk.com gift card will be processed immediately once we receive confirmation the carrier has picked up the item.

Exchanges: If you select the option to exchange your purchase for another item, we’ll help you select a replacement. Note if your selected exchange item is of a different value, you will be prompted to pay the difference or will be issued a refund/store credit for the remaining amount through our online return portal.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Item Claims
Orders or items reported as lost, stolen, or missing are subject to review and verification by Selkirk Sport. Replacement shipments for such claims are issued solely at the discretion of Selkirk Sport following an internal investigation and/or confirmation from the carrier.
